UK CAA temporarily grounds Business Air B767 due to missing permits

Business Air (Thailand) ) has been forced to stop its Hajj charter flights between the UK and Saudi-Arabia after the UK civil aviation authority has grounded one of its B767-300(ER)s HS-BIH (msn 26608) at Leeds/Bradford. According to the UK CAA, Business Air did not possess the correct permits to operate to the country and the aircraft has therefore been "grounded until the situation can be resolved". While the aircraft has since left Leeds/Bradford without passengers, Air Méditerranée (ML, Lourdes/Tarbes) and its Greek subsidiary Hermes Airlines (H3, Athens Int'l) have reportedly been contracted to operate the flights for Muslim pilgrims performing Hajj instead although the use of A321s requires a stop in Greece as their aircraft cannot operate non-stop.
