While exact details remain scant, analysts have speculated about possible New York JFK, Hong Kong Chep Lap Kok and Kuala Lumpur Int'l flights with Los Angeles Int'l and Bangkok Suvarnabhumi also strong possibilities. Norwegian (DY, Oslo Gardermoen) is already a significant player at the London airport with flights offered to Scandinavia as well as the Mediterranean.
