Luxaviation acquires Portugal's Masterjet

Luxaviation has acquired its Portuguese counterpart, Masterjet, in a move that will further enforce the Luxembourg-based operator's position as the largest business aviation company in Europe.

Though operating on a Portuguese Air Operators Certificate (AOC) and headquartered in Lisbon, Masterjet's fleet of eights jets - Falcon 2000/2000DXs, Learjets, and a VIP-configured A320-200 - is based out of Paris Le Bourget.
