Singapore low-cost carrier Scoot expects to take delivery of the first of its Boeing 787-9 orders in the second half of January, which will trigger the start of a rapid fleet replacement program.
Scoot expects to have 11 787s delivered by the end of March 2016, out of a total order of 20. The order is split between -8s and -9s, with the early deliveries to be -9s.
