Tbilisi-Airways was created in March 2021. The first season of the company’s activity starts in 2022. Both operational and financial plans are ready to be fulfilled in 100%.

Tbilisi Airways is planning the “HUB” in Georgia During 2022 season, with five narrow and two wide-body aircrafts. 

Tbilisi Airways, has the intention to carry thousands of passengers to the most popular holiday and home returner destinations, such as Egypt, Greece, Turkey, Tunisia and Spain, furthermore, connecting Europe with Central Asia, China and Thailand Middle east to USA and Canada.

Innovational business model, well-thought-out strategy as well as the team’s experience allows Tbilisi -Airways to take a leading position on the Georgian market. We remain committed to keeping high service standards- and we hope that- just during the coming seasons- we will be able to take hundreds of thousands of passengers on their colorful holidays or them homes.The International Top Management, with its experience and strong contacts with well-known established International Airlines, give the possibility to expand and to operate Tbilisi-Airways economical, which is essential to attract passengers and to keep them flying with our airline.

We are concentrated on Charter flights, to learn it means, what we can do better for our passenger?  we want collect several month experience, with services, cabin outfit and more, before we start the international routing.

Everything about this airline, from its name to its colors, from the look of its planes to its airport kiosks, from its smart but informal crew uniforms to its advertisements and literature should set it apart. And it costs little more to do things freshly and smartly than the more ordinary way of doing things. An organization is new only once in its life, so the airline should grab that opportunity and get all the attention it can at the outset. And it needs to have an outwardly directed management, to achieve that end.  

Given the airline's motto, “without horizons" cross-training and cross-functioning will be core elements of the airline's personnel-management approach. Everyone will be inculcated with the spirit that she or he is personally responsible for the passenger and the client having a positive experience when in contact with Tbilisi-Airways. Everyone, from the president on down, will be familiar with (and participate in) virtually every aspect of the work and customer-service process (a method employed successfully by other "people-oriented" carriers and other successful service businesses).
