Magnifica Air (Orlando International) has appointed Skytech-AIC to scout the market for three "new or nearly new" A321-200N aircraft and at least two Pratt & Whitney PW1133G engines for lease. The all-business class boutique start-up previously appointed the same firm as advisor for the acquisition and financing of new A220-300s and A321-200Ns in executive configuration in December 2025. Magnifica Air plans to launch in the second half of 2027. It has so far taken up a single A321-200NX, which is now undergoing cabin reconfiguration at a Comlux Completion facility.

NEW AIRLINE - Magnifica Air Welcomes First Airbus A321-200NX to Lead New Era of Premium Travel
Magnifica Air has received its first Airbus A321-200NX.
The Florida-based startup received its first aircraft as part of a long-term lease agreement with Air Lease Corporation (ALC).
Magnifica's A321-200NX is configured for only 45 to 54 passengers. The interior, completed in partnership with Comlux America in Indianapolis, features a revolutionary "bayless" cabin.
The flagship aircraft includes four fully enclosed private suites and an onboard bar.
This A321-200NX is the first of eight aircraft, including six Airbus A220-300s and one A321neo, that will be added to the fleet. The aircraft will undergo final operational certifications and crew testing before the official start of scheduled services.
Magnifica Air will use private FBO (Fixed Base Operator) terminals through partners such as Sky Harbour, allowing for a 30-minute check-in window.
