Azorra announces its second quarter activity as it completed 52 transactions, underscoring continued momentum of its leasing, trading, and portfolio management capabilities.

During the second quarter Azorra completed the portfolio acquisitions of 12 Airbus A220-300s from EGYPTAIR, 49 Embraer E-Jets and 2 CF34-10E engines from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (“DAE”), and 13 Embraer E190 airframes and 36 CF34-10E engines from JetBlue.

Azorra also increased its commitments through the purchase of the eight A220-300 orderbook from DAE (two of which have delivered to TAAG Angola) and the exercise of 15 additional Embraer E195-E2s orders further strengthening its next-generation aircraft portfolio and reinforcing its commitment to meeting growing customer demand worldwide.

As of June 30, 2026, Azorra’s portfolio statistics are as follows:

FLEET - Azorra Completes Acquisition And Placement Of Egyptair A220-300 Portfolio

Azorra is today announcing the successful acquisition of 12 Airbus A220-300 aircraft from EGYPTAIR.

Purchased in February 2024 to support EGYPTAIR’s fleet transformation program, the twelfth and final aircraft has been delivered to Breeze Airways.

Azorra has 28 A220s in service around the world, following the delivery of the first aircraft from its orderbook in May 2024, with 15 remaining on order.

FLEET - AZORRA DELIVERS FIRST ATR 72-600 TO LOGANAIR

Azorra has delivered the first of two ATR 72-600 aircraft to Loganair, the UK’s largest regional airline, marking a new customer relationship and further strengthening Azorra’s footprint across the UK and Europe.

The twin-engine turboprop aircraft will support Loganair’s diverse network, improving connectivity for underserved communities throughout the UK.

ORDER / EMBRAER - Azorra Places Additional Firm Order For 15 Embraer E195-E2

• E2 program surpasses 500 total orders and Azorra surpasses 50 E2 orders
• New agreement also secures purchase rights for another 15 aircraft for Azorra

Embraer and Azorra have signed an additional firm order for 15 E195-E2 aircraft, with purchase rights for 15 additional jets, further strengthening the long-standing partnership between the two companies.

With this new agreement, Azorra’s total firm E2 orders increase from 39 to 54 aircraft, reinforcing growing demand and confidence in small narrowbody aircraft. This marks the third increase to Azorra’s original E2 order, first placed in December 2021.

The order also marks a milestone for Embraer’s E2 program, taking the total number of E2 orders beyond 500 aircraft. Since entering service, the E2 family has continued to build momentum with more than 200 aircraft in operation and 24 airline customers, allowing them to right-size capacity, improve fuel efficiency, and enhance passenger comfort.

The E195-E2 is Embraer’s largest commercial aircraft and is recognized for its low fuel burn, reduced emissions, quiet operation, high reliability and outstanding passenger experience. Its two-by-two seating configuration means no middle seats, offering passengers more comfort while giving airlines the flexibility and efficiency needed to serve a wide range of markets.

This new order from Azorra will be added to Embraer’s 2026 second-quarter results and backlog.

FLEET - AZORRA Delivers First Atr42-600 To JSX

Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA Azorra has delivered the first of two ATR42-600 aircraft to Dallas-based public charter air carrier JSX, marking a new customer relationship for Azorra and its expanding footprint in North America. 

The ATR’s performance capabilities will enable JSX to expand its public charter service to thousands more airports across the United States – airports that generally do not or cannot receive service from network airlines.

ORDER - Azorra Acquires Dae’s Airbus A220 Orderbook

Azorra today announced that it has acquired an orderbook of Airbus A220-300’s from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE).

The acquisition comprises eight A220-300 aircraft, including two that are currently on lease to TAAG Angola Airlines, marking Azorra’s first aircraft on lease with the carrier. The remaining six aircraft are scheduled for delivery in 2027 and 2028, increasing Azorra’s total A220-300 commitments to 15 aircraft. The A220s will be powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1500G engines and placed with airline customers globally.

The acquisition highlights Azorra’s continued execution of its diversified growth strategy through mergers, acquisitions, opportunistic portfolio purchases, and OEM orderbooks.

Azorra currently owns and manages a fleet of 309 aircraft and engines. Including commitments and orders for new Airbus A220-300 aircraft and Embraer E190/195-E2 aircraft, Azorra’s total fleet comprises 309 assets.

FLEET - Azorra Completes Delivery Of Three Embraer E195-E1 Aircraft To Air Serbia

Azorra has completed the delivery of the third and final Embraer E195-E1 aircraft to Air Serbia, the national airline of the Republic of Serbia. These deliveries mark Azorra’s first customer relationship in Serbia and strengthen the lessor’s footprint in Southeast and Central Europe.

The first two aircraft were delivered in April and November 2025, with the third aircraft arriving in Belgrade, Serbia today. The modern E195-E1s will support Air Serbia’s network expansion and fleet renewal program, introducing jet services on routes previously served by turboprop aircraft and enhancing the passenger experience across the region.

Air Serbia joins Azorra’s growing portfolio of European airline customers, highlighting the increasing demand for crossover jets to support fleet modernization and route development across the region.
