Saipan Air plans to start public charter operations on July 1 offering daily services from Saipan Francisco C. Ada International to Tokyo Narita New Tokyo International and four weekly flights to Beijing Capita using two ex-North American Airlines, New York John F. Kennedy Internationa B757-200 operated by Swift Air (USA) Phoenix Sky Harbor International. It will add daily services to Osaka Kansai International and three weekly B757 flights to Shenyang Taoxian International on August 1. For the Osaka services, it will add B737-400 that will also be wet-leased from Swift Air.
