SPECIAL COLOURS - As the Official Airline of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics, ITA Airways has introduced special liveries on two aircraft, the A320 Gustav Thoeni and A320neo Enrico Fabris, featuring illustrations of Olympic and Paralympic disciplines by illustrator Emiliano Ponzi.

These designs celebrate Italian winter sports legends and the games' spirit. 

Key Aspects of the 2026 Winter Olympics Initiative:

Special Livery: Two aircraft in the fleet are decorated with, or dedicated to, Winter Olympic and Paralympic themes and, in some cases, named after legends like Gustav Thöni and Enrico Fabris.

Design Elements: The designs represent various winter sports disciplines to celebrate the upcoming games.

Main Livery: The standard ITA Airways livery remains the Savoy Blue, a color chosen to represent the Italian national team, with a gold, white, and red logo.

Partnership Focus: The initiative highlights ITA's role as the official carrier and ambassador for Italian excellence in the 2026 Games. 

These special liveries, along with the "Inspired by Alitalia" branding appearing on some aircraft, aim to showcase Italian pride during the Winter Olympic season.
