All Nippon Airways has expanded its international network by starting its first route to Cambodia

On 1 September the Star Alliance carrier began daily flights between Tokyo Narita (NRT) and Phnom Penh (PNH). The 4,468-kilometre route is not served by any other carrier and will be flown by the airline’s 240-seat 787-8s. This becomes the only scheduled service between Japan and Cambodia and first since 2006 when Royal Khmer Airlines operated between the two countries. In total ANA now serves 16 international country markets from Tokyo Narita with China and USA by far the best served with 12 daily flights each
