Viva (Mexico) (VB, Monterrey Mariano Escobedo) has secured its first Japanese Operating Lease with Call Option (JOLCO) financing for the acquisition of one A321-200NX, which was delivered in May 2026.
Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group acted as the sole structuring agent and lender of the JOLCO, while the transaction’s equity was underwritten by Three i’s Capital.
Viva currently operates a fleet of thirty-six A321-200NXs, with another ten still on order.
