AIRLINE Suspended - Izhavia grounded

 The civil aviation authority of Russia, Rosaviatsia, has announced it has grounded Izhavia until at least February 2027. The decision was made after the airline failed to address issues with maintenance and crew scheduling found at an inspection three months earlier.

Izhavia was operating a fleet of two Boeing B737-800s and six Yakovlev Yak-42s. It called Izhevsk home.
