Hong Kong Airlines to make North American debut in late 3Q17

American debut during summer of 2017 with flights to Canada.

The carrier said in a statement that daily flights between Hong Kong Chek Lap Kok and Vancouver Int'l, Canada would commence on June 30, 2017, using its fleet of A330s.

At present, Hong Kong Airlines operates eleven A320-200s, nine A330-200s and nine A330-300s on scheduled passenger flights to forty-four destinations in seventeen countries spread across Asia (Central, North, and Southeast) and Oceania. In August next year, it will also tentatively take delivery of its first of fifteen A350-900s on order from Airbus Industrie (AIB, Toulouse Blagnac).
