TAG Aviation ends B757 operations

TAG Aviation (United Kingdom) (VIP, Farnborough) has retired its only B757-200, G-TCSX (msn 26330), having ferried it for storage at Marana airport on July 24-25, 2020, Skyliner Magazine has reported.

The aircraft, which has been used in VIP configuration for passenger charters on behalf of TCS World Travel, which in turn deployed the aircraft for luxury hotel brand Four Seasons as well as for other charter flights, was retired from active service on March 8, 2020, Flightradar24 ADS-B data shows. It has since been stored at London Stansted and then at Lasham. The twinjet is owned by AerCap, the ch-aviation fleets ownership module shows.

Starting in 2021, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts plans to use an A321-200NX(LR) in a business jet (ACJ) configuration to operate its private jet tours. The hotel operator did not respond to ch-aviation's inquiry regarding the planned operator of the Airbus aircraft.

Following the retirement of the B757, TAG Aviation (UK)'s airliner fleet now consists of one ACJ319-100.
