SPECIAL LIVERY - ANA Announces Special Collaboration with "Chiikawa"

The specially designed "Chiikawa Jet" will operate on domestic routes in Japan, scheduled to enter service in late October 2026.

・The jet features exclusive in-flight amenities with original ANA designs, including headrest covers and limited-edition cups.

・Special design collaboration goods are also scheduled to be released in the future.

All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (ANA) today announced the launch of its collaboration with "Chiikawa," aiming to create vibrant travel experiences and memories for its customers. The collaboration will feature a specially designed "Chiikawa Jet," scheduled to operate on domestic routes beginning in late October 2026. The aircraft will depict Chiikawa and seven other characters and include limited-edition in-flight items to create a unique "Chiikawa" air travel experience available only on ANA.

The immersive "Chiikawa" experience will begin the moment passengers step on board, bringing the world of "Chiikawa" to the skies with specially themed in-flight items featuring original ANA designs:
Headrest Covers:
The design features the Chiikawa characters that appear on the aircraft. Available in domestic Economy Class. Please note that headrest covers are for in-flight use only and cannot be taken home.

Limited-edition cups:
A design pattern featuring Chiikawa, Hachiware, and Usagi will be used for beverages and available in domestic Economy Class. Please note: In-flight items on the specially designed aircraft are subject to change depending on the day's operational status.

Special Design Collaboration Goods
Special design collaboration goods featuring Chiikawa and friends wearing ANA uniforms are also scheduled to be released with details to be announced in the future.

"Chiikawa" is a manga series created by illustrator Nagano, originating on X (formerly Twitter). It is a fun, slightly sad, and somewhat hard daily story unfolding with highly individual characters such as the always-trying-hard Chiikawa and friends Hachiware and Usagi. The franchise has expanded widely into merchandise, collaboration cafes, and corporate collaborations, with eight volumes of the book "Chiikawa: Something Small and Cute" published by Kodansha.
