FLEET - Indian regional carrier Star Air is on track to add two used Embraer E190 aircraft (featuring 108 seats) to its fleet.

These upcoming 108-passenger jets will become the largest aircraft type in Star Air's fleet, supplementing their existing smaller Embraer E175s to handle high-demand regional routes

The aircraft involved are 12-year-old E190s previously operated by KLM Cityhopper and Eastern Airways. 

The jets, bearing serial numbers 19000659 and 19000661, are currently listed as stored and associated with future registrations in India.
