Wizz Air launches 3 new routes from London Luton


Low-cost airline Wizz Air has added three new routes to its current portfolio at London Luton Airport.

From this autumn passengers will have direct access to the 2013 European Capital of Culture, the “City of a Million Roses” and the university town of Craiova.

Founded in 1869 by Welsh businessman, John Hughes, Donetsk, Ukraine is known as the “City of a Million Roses” and is home to the famous FC Donetsk Shaktar football team. Donetsk boasts many parks and open public spaces, museums and a planetarium.

Košice is Slovakia’s 2nd largest city and is the 2013 European Capital of Culture, attracting history lovers and visitors from all over the world. It boasts the oldest recorded coat of arms in Europe and is home to St. Elizabeth’s Cathedral, the largest church in Slovakia.

University town Craiova is Romania’s 6th largest city, with a number of museums and art galleries as well as beautiful religious buildings, some of which date back to medieval times.
