China Airlines, Taiwan's largest carrier, touted its newly obtained Boeing 777-300ER fleet Wednesday with the launch of its 2015 calendar, a popular item among aviation fans.
The calendar features the cabin design, meals and entertainment options, in a bid to position CAL as a modern and elegant airline, the company said.
The carrier took delivery of two Boeing 777-300ERs in October and will take another this month, as part of its efforts to upgrade its fleet and expand its transportation capacity.
They are the first batch of 10 Boeing 777-300ERs the airline ordered in 2012. The remainder are scheduled to arrive by the end of 2016, the carrier said.
