Delivery flights for the B-7835 and B-7837 took off from Boeing South Carolina in North Charleston and landed in Tianjin and Guangzhou on July 27 and July 30.
Meanwhile, Air China received its fourth 787-9 Dreamliner, Registration B-7800, at Beijing Capital International Airport on the afternoon of July 30.
On May 20, the flag carrier took delivery China's first 787-9 Dreamliner, followed by Hainan Airlines' first type and Air China's second one in July.
Air China placed order for 15 787-8s in 2005 before changing the order to 15 787-9s in 2010 due to long-delayed delivery. The flag carrier is scheduled to take delivery of seven 787-9s in 2016, with the rest pending delivery by 2018. Hainan Airlines is expected to receive 8 of 30 787-9s in 2016.
Besides, China Eastern Airlines ordered 15 787-9s in April 2016, with another 17 orders from Ruili Airlines (6), Xiamen Airlines (6) and Donghai Airlines (5).
