Beijing Capital Airlines, a regional subsidiary of HNA Group, took delivery of its third Airbus A330-200 aircraft on August 1.
The A330-200, Registration B-8549, is named as "Tangla", a luxurious five-star hotel brand under HNA Hospitality Group.
The Beijing-based carrier received its first two A330-200 wide-body aircraft in 2015, both of which are painted in a "Caissa" livery.
Capital Airlines currently operates 65 aircraft including 18 A319s, 34 A320s, 10 A321 and three A330s, mainly serving the leisure market on domestic and short-haul international routes.
The carrier plans to build a long-haul fleet of 30 A330 and A350 aircraft over the next five years, allowing it to embark on new international routes to Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.
