Aerolinee Siciliane (Italy) now plans to begin operations in May 2026, flying domestically as well as to Germany and another Mediterranean destination. The aircraft will be operated by 4 Airways (Malta).

it plans to use leased Airbus A320 aircraft to connect Sicily with major Italian cities like Rome and Milan, with future international routes potentially including London and Paris.

Status: Startup/Development phase (previously planned 2020 launch, now eyeing mid-2Q26).
Hub: Comiso Airport (CIY), Sicily.
Target Routes: Initial operations aimed at connecting Comiso to Rome and Milan.
