Azerbaijan Airlines took delivery of its first Airbus A321neo. The aircraft, A321-251NX VP-BCP (13192) was delivered to Baku from the manufacturer's factory at Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
It's the first of three the airline is leasing from AerCap, with the other two to be delivered later this year. Next to these leased aircraft, Azerbaijan Airlines also has open orders for six A321neos with Airbus directly. With Boeing, the airline holds open order for eight B787-9s.
