FLEET - Airlink: receives the first Embraer E195-E2

The aircraft flew for close to eight hours and a staggering 3,400 nautical miles from Brazil straight to South Africa

The aircraft, registered ZS-ARF, flew directly to Cape Town.

Airlink has a total of 10 E195-E2s on order.

Airlink already operates a fleet of Embraer E-Jets (E135, E145, E170, E190, and E195).

The aircraft will be the largest Airlink has ever flown.

While the E195-E1 has a maximum capacity of 124 passengers, the E2 adds three rows for an additional 12 passengers, allowing it to carry up to 146 passengers in total.
